The ‘Sideshow’ article about my experiences of lighting and shooting the feature film which was written and directed by Adam Oldroyd and starring Les Dennis, Anthony Head, April Pearson and Nathan Clarke from issue 102 of the BSC British Cinematographer Magazine is now available on the British Cinematographer website.

A distribution deal has just been signed for the USA and Australia with a release due in the next few months. The UK cinema release is planned for later in 2021.
The film had its world premiere on the 7th December 2020 at the Cairo International Film Festival (CIFF42) and was recognised by Vogue magazine as one of the best five films of the festival.

Our feature film, ‘Sideshow’, written and directed by Adam Oldroyd and starring Les Dennis, Anthony Head, April Pearson and Nathan Clarke had its world premiere at the 42nd Cairo International Film Festival last night and has been listed in the top five films of the festival in Vogue magazine. Just before the festival US distributor Gravitas Ventures acquired the film for release in the USA in 2021.
A UK cinema release is also planned for 2021.
